Nissan Altima 2013

The Nissan Altima 2013 is set to take the crown from Toyota Camry as America's best-selling midsize sedan model. After finishing in second place in 2011, Nissan is pulling all the stops in an effort to overtake the Camry in the sales division. Will its new features be enough to take it to the top? Let us take a look at the new Nissan Altima 2013 to see if it deserves to be at the top of its class.

The new Altima comes in a new shape and a more upscale design. It is slightly longer and wider as compared to its predecessor but it is actually a lot lighter since it now uses aluminium materials for the trunk, hood and roof, and high-strength steel for the body. It now features curved and creased body panels, a new corporate grille, more aggressive headlights and the right amount of chrome to complete its new sleek and stylish look.

The interior of the new Nissan Altima 2013 is also quite impressive. It features "zero-gravity" seats for maximum comfort, a classier dashboard, a sporty-looking steering wheel and a quieter interior. The new model softened the edges and sculpted the lines to create a more spacious cabin with excellent legroom and foot space. It also features automatic dual-zone climate control, sunroof, Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity and 9-speaker Bose stereo to keep you comfortable and entertained while on the road.

The Altima 2013 has been ripped for superior performance. Aside from using lighter materials for the bodywork, Nissan also lightened the engine and improved its overall aerodynamics to give you excellent performance and maximum fuel efficiency. As a result, the 4-cylinder model gets 27 mpg city and 38 mpg highway while the 6-cylinder model gets 22 mpg city and 31 mpg highway. It has outstanding acceleration and can go from 0 to 60 in an instant. The Nissan Altima also provides superior control while taking sharp turns so you will always feel safe behind the wheels.

It has been designed for maximum safety. The new Nissan Altima 2013 takes your safety quite seriously. As a matter of fact, it has incorporated numerous high-tech features to ensure your safety. It comes with 6 standard airbags, a rear-view camera, a LATCH system for easier child car seat installation, lane-departure and blind-spot warning systems and a moving object detection system when reversing.

A sneak-peak under the hood. If you are interested in the Nissan Altima 2013, you can either go for the 2.5 liter 4-cylinder engine which produces 182 hp at 6,000 rpm or the 3.5 liter V6 engine which can kick in about 270 hp. Both engines use a continuously variable transmission (CVT) that has been completely re-engineered for this model.

Nissan Altima Coupe

After the Pittsburgh Auto Show was postponed earlier this year, auto enthusiasts have been waiting for the event to finally take place. And at last, after an extended waiting period for the motor show, it opened its doors just last April 26 and will run through the 30th of the month.
Naturally, the mentioned motor show is once again filled with mechanical wonders including a coupe from Japan's third largest car manufacturer. Nissan, the ailing Japanese brand, strut their stuff at the Pittsburgh Auto Show with the centerpiece featuring the Nissan Altima Coupe. The coupe version of Nissan's bet selling model is initially touted as a strong competitor in its class given its high aesthetic value.
Experts in the auto field agree that the introduction of the coupe version of the Nissan Altima came at a good time. For the pasty months, the demand for two-door vehicles has been constantly increasing. This is evidence that car buyers are looking for smaller and more fuel efficient vehicles in the face of increasing prices of gasoline as the summer driving season approaches. The number of coupe models in the market is also growing as the demand increases.

Honda, another Japanese car manufacturer has already announced that they have a redesigned coupe which, as they claim, is ready to take on the coupe market in the United States. The entry of Nissan to the said class will bolster the brand's popularity in the United States auto market. For the past few months, Nissan has been performing well in the market after the woeful year that they have in 2006. The Nissan Altima Coupe is seen as one of the vehicles that will enable Nissan to get back to its winning ways.

The Nissan Altima Coupe, while taken from the Altima Sedan, is made shorter and lower. This comparatively smaller size of the coupe makes it classier than the sedan, making it one of the most youth-oriented vehicles in Nissan's lineup. The coupe is more driver-oriented than the sedan, thanks to features unique to the coupe. Driver comfort and convenience is ensured by supportive front seats and practical gauges and controls. The Nissan Altima parts used in the construction of the coupe complemented the engine that the vehicle is equipped with.

The powerplant hidden under the hood of the Nissan Altima Coupe can be a 3.5-liter V6 or a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine unit. The V6 is rated to produce as much as 270 horsepower while the smaller four-cylinder engine is capable of producing 175 horsepower.

Aside from the Altima coupe, Nissan also brought the new Altima Sedan at the Pittsburgh Auto Show. It is a known fact that the Altima is the best selling model from Nissan and the company sees it fit that they improve the Altima sedan as it makes its bid for supremacy in its class. To give the Nissan Altima sedan an edge in its field, Nissan redesigned the Altima's exterior styling. While the sedan is not as good looking as its coupe version, it has that aggressive look which is very much capable of giving it a high aesthetic value.

Nissan Altima

The economy in the turmoil that it is in and the fact that the government leaders are claiming that we need to bailout the "Big Three" in order to save the nation has led us to believe that without this rescue package we are all doomed. That is why I believe that we should review a few of the newer vehicles like the Nissan Altima to find out if our auto manufacturers are using the money to make good automobiles or just playing with the figures to get more ready cash to throw away. Personally I believe that the auto industry of America is one of the most reliable manufacturers that we as a nation and the world can depend on. The workers take great pride in their work, the industry itself takes pride in their accomplishments, and the reviews that I have read about the newest upcoming vehicles are outstanding. The consumer does not need to worry when it comes to quality and care of making a vehicle. I think that we should all be proud of the standards that not only the government requires of the auto industry but the standards the industry has put into place for them.
The Nissan Altima is one of the many vehicles on the road today that is a four generation vehicle proving its performance. The Nissan Altima on the market for over fifteen years has proven itself to be a great five passenger family sedan with all the performance that appeals to the public. The newest Altima has matured when it comes to its features, finesse and power. This vehicle has proven that family sedans have never been more capable than a Nissan Altima. Competition has never been fiercer than in today's market.
The makers of the Nissan Altima boost of the coupe handling ability. When looking for a vehicle for the family and good transportation you will not go wrong by selecting the Nissan Altima. You get great gasoline mileage with all the improvements you have very little expense if any for maintenance and it is consider one of the safest vehicles on the road. The newest vehicle starting price is only around $19,000 which makes it easy for the family man to obtain. The price makes this vehicle one of the easiest to obtain providing a great driving experience with a lot of space for the whole family.

Nissan GTR

You have a Nissan GTR and you want a more of a unique appearance with carbon fiber. I would advise you to add a Carbon Fiber Hood. Change the factory part and adding a Carbon's Fibers Hood to your GTR's will make your appearance more unique. A lot of sport cars have Carbon's Fiber Hoods that gives them more expensive appearance. By adding the Carbon's Fibers door you will lose weight on your GTR's. The reason is the factory build there cars to weigh a certain amount with their heavy metal product. By removing the factory door and adding Carbon's Fiber Hoods you gain more power and weigh less. Carbon's Fiber Hoods is exactly what the name suggests, extremely thin strong fibers and is most notably used to reinforce composite materials, particularly the class of materials known as carbon's fiber or graphite reinforced polymers.
A Carbon's Fiber Hoods will give you the aggressiveness look that your car needs to intimidate your competition. These Carbon's Fiber kit also have a rear and front bumper, and side skirts. Make sure to add wider wheels and tires to your car giving it a broader stance. Carbon's Fiber Hoods can actually increase the performance and handling of your vehicle as well as improving the aerodynamics of your car body. The faster you drive the more air is forced under your cars body. This can cause you to lose control of your car, or give you poor handling performance. A Carbon's Fiber Hoods wind splitters is a protruding flat surface in the front of a car that is designed to decrease front end lift and exert down force. As the air passes over the top of the cars body it comes in contact with the wing pressing down creating better traction.
